If it's the place I'm thinking of, that Got Game place has pretty high prices for common stuff. Although I did find a complete, excellent condition Uncharted Waters: New Horizons there for about $25, which isn't too bad of a deal. Other than that, I don't really know of any other places in Philly which would carry a lot of olders stuff. Maybe I'll check out some of Barbarian's suggestions.

Last time I was at Got Game I dont remember them having overly high prices but it was a few months ago that i was there. So i could be mistaken. And the store is right on south st. Im trying to think how to explain which way on south st since its a big street.

Alright if your at the end of south st with TLA (Thearte of the Living Arts) and the side that is right by the river (or some large body of water). But anywho if your at that end of south st with your back toward the river. TLA will be on the left. About 3 to 5 block away from TLA and the river. On the right side its pretty close to Zipperheads I belive.

Now that I think about it...It would probally be easier to use mapquest or something like it since the way I explained it would probally just make you end up IN the river to drown...

I think I was in that store before. Is it the one right near Tower Records and Staples?

A REAL easy way to find exact addresses for game stores is go to the verison "super pages" and look under videogames. And I think Yahoo has a yahoo yellow pages or something.

Wow, thank you for recommending that -- I'd tried searching Mapquest before but found naught, this straight away found me two new stores less than 30 minutes away. Gonna have to check those out ASAP.

    Hey

Where I live up near Norristown, there are about 10 different stores starting at the Blockbuster in Conshohocken to the Plymouth Meeting Mall up to Germantown Pike and rt. 202 where there is a Game Stop, Game Crazy, EB, and Odd Lot which sells alot of $9.99 games.

You're better off searching around in South Jersey. I haven't been to the city in years, but I always found it a very bad place for game hunting. That place on South Street used to have outrageous prices for the most common junk.

I'm not giving up my good spots (already get enough competition from Drexel923 ) but check the yellow pages for "video games- used" and check the flea markets, used electronic stores, thrift stores, and places like that. Also we have such an assortment of EBs, Gamestops (I can get to ten different Gamestops in less than a half hour from here), Blockbusters and other video stores, malls....there's really just no reason to leave South Jersey.
