I'm guessing you probably want it for collection purposes... but, just in case, if you weren't aware the power supply of a Genesis 1 will be completely sufficient to power up a TG16.
It WORKS, but it's bad for the VR. The likelihood of it damaging the power circuit is higher.

And you are looking after an AC/DC Adapter that is not strictly speaking a PSU hehehe.
If you need the right specifications I can take a pic of my ACDC Adaptor and upload it so you can find a "generic" replacement.
