Default Question regarding ebayer user, name change?

I could drag my ass through ebay and find the answer to my question, but i thought i'd hit up, the good citizens of Digital Press first.

I was thinkin of changin my ebay user name, will this effect my feedback ratings? and are there any important things to think about before changin my user name, if any one here, has changed there ebay user name in the past i'd like to hear from you thanks.

Pro's and Cons + Tips and tricks are all welcome.

Nope. It won't effect your feedback or anything else at all. I've changed it a whole bunch of times.

Just make sure you like your new name because you can't change again for 30 days once you make the initial change.

Easiest to wait until you have no outstanding deal (buying or selling) going on, just to prevent people from being confused

It used to be that when you changed your name you would get the sunglasses icon next to your name for 10 days, just to let people know that you had changed your name. I haven't seen those in a long time, so maybe they don't do it any more. I thought it looked a bit shady.........

I've done it recently too. Your feedback doesn't look any different, so if something necessitates a name change, go for it.
