WTB: N64 "Millennium 2000" controller, Bio Tetris

Looking for N64 "Millennium 2000" controller.

Nintendo Power gave away some limited edition controllers for N64 as a contest prize around issue 100 or so. These are silver and black two-tone controllers with black buttons and the words "Millennium 2000" across the top.

I'm looking for one in any condition, including broken/nonworking. Will pay well or trade for other hard to find videogame items. Deals to be conducted through eBay.

Also looking for Tetris 64 aka "Bio Tetris" by Seta for Nintendo 64.
