just received a Pathway to Glory Preview card. Did all N-Gage games had preview cards? Or just some?
Does anyone know how many are out there (different games)?

In my local Gamestop there was a pile of N-Gage games for $3 each. Would it be worth it to buy any of those, considering that I don't have an N-Gage?

    Default LetsTalk.

I really did not want to spend the money, but the lowered prices on LetsTalk suggest they won't be available much longer and I do not want to spend forever trying to find them. I got the last games I need (11 of them, ouch).

Do we know if any more games are ever going to be released?

    Thanks.

Yes, that's what i wanna know.
And also, if not, what's the total releases, and which was the last game?

btw, Auxilla, i had two offers on my Flo Boarding, just to tell you yes...the value is definitely up on this one :-)

The last game to be released was Payload but you can only download it. The last game to be released on a card was Warhammer 40,000.

One must wonder though if somewhere in the world Payload got put on cards since it was so close to release when Nokia decided to stop with the card format.

    I also have a question!

I heard that you can get some 'third party apps' for the N-Gage, I mean, along the lines of 'Emulators'.

Is this true? What Systems are Emulated? How Well do they run?

I know this thread is LONG but all the information you need is buried within.

NES, Master System, Game Gear, Game Boy, and Game Boy Color work great.

I hear the Genesis emulation is pretty good as well.

SNES emulation is sketchy at best but it's possible and some games are fairly playable.

MAME is emulated well for certain games.

GBA emulation was started but I think it has been abandoned.

Here's a list of the emulated consoles. You can find them at

    http://ngage.dcemu.co.uk/

Scroll to the middle of the page on the far left hand side in the yellow sidebar.

    Amstrad CPC
    Chip 8
    Crazy Chip-8
    Colecovision
    Commodore 64
    Gameboy
    Game Gear
    GBA
    Genesis
    NeoGeo Pocket
    NES
    Sega Master System
    Spectrum
    Super Nintendo

DAMMIT I broke my N-Gage QD last night... I'm such an idiot. Anyone have one for sale that works with Cingular?
Mostly just play Nintendo 64. If you've got games PM me! Cart only.

well, i purchased Payload, d/l the game, input my received code, guess what....
start the game, message comes up...game need registering to prevent code being used for piracy....fair enough, except my N-gage doesn't connect to the internet.

Tried with a current sim card from my cell phone i use... connected, comes up with a different error....cannot register at this moment, try again later...try later, same message...and so forth. so far it only cost me extra money and no result

For now I requested a refund for a non-working game, unless they come up with a workable solution.

I noticed these versions go all the way through the last game released, WarHammer. I now have 7 of these:

    X-Men Legends II
    High Seize
    Asphalt II
    Catan
    System Rush
    Civilization
    WarHammer

and I've seen versions for One, Rifts, Mile High Pinball and Pathway to Glory Ikusa Islands. That makes 11 known versions. Plus I am assuming there are probably ones for Atari Masterpieces Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. Can anyone confirm this?

The cards themselves are marked "Not for Sale" just like the loose ones pictured in thread. That makes me wonder if the early N-Gage "Not for Sale" versions came in any cases or were they just loose?

The reason I ask is that I am starting to collect these as well (finally completed my US collection plus Sega Rally!!) and wonder what would constitute a "complete" game. Right now I have 13 loose "Not For Sale" versions, including:

    Rayman 3
    SSX Out of Bounds
    Red Faction
    NCAA Football
Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Jungle Storm
    Ashen
    FIFA 2004
    FIFA 2005
    Pathway to Glory
    Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
    Glimmerati
System Rush (not sure if this is just a loose Gold Master Review kit card)

I also noticed in this thread users have seen or have "NFS" versions of:

    Xanadu Next
    Spiderman
    Sims Bustin' Out
    Pandemonium (not marked "NFS"?)

Are these confirmed? Are their any others?

I did manage to see a "For Display Only" version of Tomb Raider, and won it on ebay. It's on the way from Australia. I'll post a picture of it when I get it. For now, here is the outside case:

i have pandemonium. this i think was the first release, and it has no label. i also have spiderman 2, and the sims. someone on these boards had a xanadu next one, but theyre in germany. they made a glimmerati one, so i expect theres a xanadu next one somewhere around. i had a scan of my 13 NFRs, but must have deleted it.

system rush was the first online only game(correct me if im wrong)...so the one you have may be a review copy. the last games available in stores were xanadu next and glimmerati as far as i know.

if anyone has fifa 04 or tony hawk NFR, id be interested. also, any review copies.

System Rush is available as a physical copy with box and instructions... I got one froms letstalk.com. Warhammer 40,000 and Civilization came out after xanadu and glimmerati.

    .
What was meant was that it was only available thorugh letstalk.com, it wasn't released through any brick and mortar stores. The physical versions of System Rush and all subsequent NGage releases were all only available through the mail.

I know some of you are complete, but how many of you are close to complete?

Me personally, I only need 5 more to be complete:
    Civilization
    Rifts: Promise of Power
    Mile High Pinball
    Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands
X-Men Legends II: Rise of the Apocalypse

These games don't come up anywhere very often, which means I am going to have to get them off of letstalk.

I am unsure if I am going to get payload, since I am going for complete, cart only, and don't feel like messing with downloads. I finally played the virtua cop and alien front beta's, but I don't put those in my collection (since I don't have cases or anything).

As Soon as I complete the collection, I plan on taking pics. I know you guys have probably seen complete n-gage collections before, but I am going to take pics anyway since I haven't completed a collection yet (I am still biting my bottom lip about buying Jack Bros for Virtual Boy).

Also, If my student loan check goes through a little faster, I should be able to get 12 NFR games as well, which would be awesome.

Student loan to purchase 12 NFR games? How much are you being charged for them? Hopefully not too much. The reason I say is there is a guy on ebay selling a lot of 15 of these for like $20 BIN, and he has multiple lots of the same games. Here is the link if you are interested:
