I finished a long while ago. Didn't think it was too dificult. Just the right level of hardness actually. All around a great Zelda 2 style game.

Zelda 2 style. Exactly the reason I have trouble getting into the game. I do love the mythological aspect though.

You know, I've had this game for a couple of years, but I never really got a chance to sit down and play it. From what I did play though, it seemed to have elements which were similar to those found in "Zelda II: The Adventure Of Link".

Does most of the game play that way? If so, I just might have to fire up my good ol' NES Top Loader.

Yep, plays exactly like Zelda 2 (Minus the Map part). The hardest part of the game is collecting the orbs (forgot what they are really called) to buy stuff. Especially on the Phygia Mountain, where the birds there make Ninja Gaiden's look like a vacation. (Plus the stoopid, idiotic monkeys!)

It is one of the best adventure games for the NES. Exploration is there, rewards by backtracking, good level design, nice boss fights, and the game delivers atmosphere.

It can be beaten once you get use to the control, and make notes so you don't overlook areas.

I made actually maps of the game, together with lots of passwords, and a walkthrough step-by-step...but since I still don't have a scanner, I just thought I'd tease you with it.

Certainly worth playing, keep at it.

I go online sometimes, but ... everyone's spelling is really bad, and it's ... depressing.

I've beaten it. I didn;t have any real problems with it, other than some hard bosses or certain jumps.

I bought this brand new when it first came out, and have had no regrets of spending the $30-$50 ever since. Music is catchy, and you can learn about greek mythology! I had problems with the last two castles. I thought they were damn tough. I'd like to see a speed run of this game! It took me forever to get that far. Timing is key in this game. I'd say there is a fair amount of replay value just because the worlds are so large! I always forget about stuff in this game, then remember bits and pieces when I stumble upon it.

    Must own for NES fan.
