Default Attaching all video game systems to 1 tv - auto switch?

    Hi,
Currently I have all 4 of my systems plugged into an automatic video/audio switch and then that switch plugged into my TV. It's really nice since it automatically selects the latest system turned on (and I can manually override it if I want). I got it from Target a few months ago and it's has enough spots for 4 devices total.

I'm wondering if anyone uses a device like this or similiar, but has an 8 port one? I've seen a few 8 ports, but they are all the manual push button ones or they have a remote to do it. Does an auto-sensing 8 port exist? The 4 port I have is by GE and was only ~$25, so I'm wondering if I could daisy chain them (don't know how this would work) or if I just have to keep my eyes open for an 8 port auto.

    Nate

An 8-switch could be pretty handy for me, also.

But having said that, my 42" widescreen has 3 scart connections. And I then have a box with two spare. And from that I have a box with 3 more. I still have to leave one or two things unplugged, but its still all good. To be honest, if I had everything plugged in at once, I would be so overwhelmed with what to use. Sometimes what I play on next is decided by what is already plugged in. I can be THAT lazy

My Radio Shack said that they only sell auto sensing 4 ports, so I'm not sure if 8 exist.

That would be pretty sweet though (but damn expensive, I'd bet).
I go online sometimes, but ... everyone's spelling is really bad, and it's ... depressing.

You can, but in my experience, the cords (particularly the video) can wig out if the video cable are messed with in any way.

Have you daisy chainged the auto-sensing devices??? Maybe I'll go back to Target and see if they have any left. It was only $25 and by GE, highly recommended!
