    Default Best Electronics question

I'm considering placing an order for a few 2600 replacement parts, all of which I can find listed on their website exept for one. I don't want to pay $11.00 for the catalogue just to fnd the listing of 1 simple part, so can someone tell me what the part# and price is for an Atari 2600 Joystick cable?
    -thanx

I've got the book and I still don't know. :/ I've never ordered replacement cables before, They seem to hold up pretty well for me. If I had one cut or bent to the point that it's intermittent, I'd just swap it out with another. I keep lots a spare/broken ones around.

According to the book there's several different ones that you can buy, but I believe this is the original one:

    CX40 Atari Joystick Cable (6-cond)
    CA014058 / FK100306 ..$2.75

You also have these available, although I'm not sure what uses all the leads?

    Atari Joystick Cable
    (8-conductor, #8 wire clipped / 1-inch leads)
    CB101216 ...$3.60

    And then simply

    Joystick cable
(9 conductor, Fully wired, 3 inch leads with metal slide contacts) 4 foot.
    CB102261 ...$3.95

    Joystick cable
(9 conductor, Fully wired, 8 inch leads with metal slide contacts) 4 1/2 foot.
    CB101283 ...$6.50

Just call Brad over there and ask him - he'll tell you what you need! You can email, but a phone call usually is faster.
