$50 for the Game Boy Player. Can't think of anything I paid more for.

I ditto that. I consider it a $150 accessory that came with a $50 game. Other than that, I've spent $60 or so on a nice DDR pad, $80 on a Bemani controller. I've come reeeeeally close to buying a $160 or so PC Joystick for emulation, but I haven't given in yet.

From what I can remember $10 for a GameCube 3rd party controller, I pay so little for accessories, most of the time they are for collectors purposes and are from junk stores or bought with console lots.
If they made a movie out of your top five worst sins, what would it be rated?

Back in the day, my day bought me the first ever Microsoft Force feedback joystick that cost around £120 if i rememeber...

5 weeks later, to my horror, my pet hamster escaped and actually pit into the wire breaking it completely!

Come to think of it, it was quite funny!

$80 for a Xbox componant to vga converter. I never use the damn thing for the Xbox so

$40 for componant cable for the gamecube.

    Now the converter gets used.

$50 for EyeToy w/ Groove, if that counts.

It was a gift from my wife, but it came out of our account, so in effect I paid for it...

My Steel Battalion only cost me $80, so....

Tekken 5 arcade stick? $99 bucks, but that included the game...

    Hum...

I guess for a pure accessory, I'll have to go with the DC Arcade Stick. I think it was $70 at launch. Had to have it for MvC and Soul Calibur.

$100 CDN for Steel Battalion. I count it as an accessory, because that's what I bought it for. I didn't really care too much about the game, but I thought the controller would make a nice addition to my collection.

€130 for Steel Battalion and an amount that has to be a little lower than that for the X-Arcade controller (iirc it's more expensive here in Europe).

The BBA will be the most expensive accessory I will buy once I get around to dropping $130 on it. You can still play dc games online and even if you couldn't you can use the BBA for other things as well (ripping games, making your own stuff, whatever).

$80 for a keyboard/controller hybrid so that I could play FFXI on PS2. Not bad considering that I played for over a year.

    Default big bucks

    Trying to remember.

Either $29.99 for a Sega arcade power stick or $28 for a PS2 trance vibrator.
