I don't think anywhere is selling HDloader anymore, you'll have to get HDadvance instead. And I'm not sure if I've seen a Japanese version of it. I've got the PAL version and I've seen the US version on sale online.
I have a copy of the US HDLoader. I'm not sure if this will help you. I paid 39.99 for the it about a year ago so if you want it just make me an offer. thx
