Step Back! This is my blast shot!
Probably my saves on Super Mario Land 2, from 1993.
Hmm
Mine would be zelda 3 fron 1994 snes or a Phantasy Star 1 save from sometime the same year.
My original Phantasy star 1 save got wiped while in a master gear converter and going through an xray at the airport.
I do have some game saves from atari 8bit disks from 20 years ago that are preserved in ATR files. Do they count?

I know I still have my unfinished save from Warsong. I got stuck on chapter 11 and was never able to get any further, even now. I must have fucked up royally.
Anyway I think the save dates back to oh... 94.
My first save has to be one from the Super Mario World game for the Super-Nes. I got the game together with the console, i guess it must be from around 1989, can't really remember when I got the S-Nes. Around the launch I think. I don't have any saves on NES games, only on games I got much later used.

I don't have any that are really old, mainly because my mom gave our NES away when we got a SNES. I had a game saved on my copy of Secret of Mana. That must have been from around 1995 or so.
Final Fantasy 2/4 (SNES), 1999
Breath of Fire (SNES) 1997, characters maxed out, 999999 GP, all magic, dragon transformations, Bo transformations, and Karn's transformations
Wild Arms (since it first came out), my Jack Rudy and Cecilia are KILLING MACHINES thanx to the 255 item trick.
Battery based:
A perfect game of Super Mario World from when it first came out, (91) and a circa '94 slot of Super Metroid; the first time I beat Mother Brain. Sometimes I've plugged in the carts and fiddled with them just to keep the saves alive.
Disk based:
Found some rare surviving C64 disks from my original collection that have Bard's Tale 1 saves on them. My broher Rob (There! I mentioned you now Rob, happy?!:P) would play the game for days at a time. I've also got a Mail Order Monsters save disk from the day. MOM: around '86. BT: '86 or '87.
Lick me! LICK ME!!

Final Fantasy Mystic Quest (SNES)-this one goes back to 1998. I have Level 41 with all items and spells at the end of the game.
Chrono Trigger (PS-One)-this one's a few years old, I think somewhere around mid-2002. In this save, I've gone through the game three times and my characters are around Level 78.
Final Fantasy IV (PS-One)-this one goes back to late 2001. I have it saved at the end of the game with all characters at Level 99 with near best equipment.
I have a very old PS1 memory card, from at least 1997. I haven't used it in quite a while, but it has very old saves, some even from '97 or '98.
RIP Bargora.
PlayStation saves from 1998.
Too bad the Atari 2600 couldn't save games...

Had a Crazy Taxi save since March 2000 when I racked up about 74 grand on the arcade city... picked it up two years to the day later and racked up a 72.5.
Nowt older than that, though, that game pretty much started my collection, lol.
Mine is the same game I played when I was 5 for Adventure of Link, yes the same cartridge, its 15 years old.
Either dragon warrior 1 or 2 for nes. Actually, I still have saves on all 4 of them.

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
'Til then I walk alone...
I used to have two really old save files that I would check on every couple of years to see if they were still alive. One was my first ever SNES zelda file, but I traded that to Bratwurst a long time ago so it's probably long gone. My other file is my 1988 save file in slot 3 of the Legend of Zelda. It was still alive when I checked it last Christmas. Considering how prone the NES was to erasing save files, I think that my '88 file is quite the little trooper.
