Some of these might be iffy:

    Actraiser
    Brandish
    Eye of the Beholder
    Ultima VI: The False Prophet

    Good luck.

    E.V.O.: Search for Eden
    http://www.rpgclassics.com/shrines/snes/evo/

It is a hybrid RPG and action platformer. Do not miss this game. It is different, but in a mostly good way. You start out as a tiny little fish, and as you gain experience points, you can evolve different body parts. Eventually you get to evolve lungs and legs. If you play your cards right you can evolve into an extremely powerful flying dragon-like creature... and you can even evolve into a human, but it is hard. The game can be beaten in a week's time, but it takes much longer to find all of the different creature combinations that you can make via guided evolution, and there are some extremely secret creature forms (for example, the mermaid form) and levels (the alien mothership) that you will definitely miss your first time around.

For what it's worth, many people consider the first Actraiser partially an RPG, but the second was defitinely action without much of an RPG element at all.

while i can see why you only want to collect the US Rpgs you should still make one exception to the rule: Terranigma, it has a English PAL release (so no japanese text) and could be considered as one of the five best Super Nintendo RPGs

There may be others... but here's what I don't see.

Addams Family Values (action RPG like Zelda)
    Drakhen
    Dragon View (Drakhen 2)
    Harvest Moon
    Illusion of Gaia
King Arthur and The Knights of Justice (as iffy as Brandish)
The Legend of the Mystical Ninja (also iffy)
    Lord of The Rings
    New Horizons (Uncharted Waters 2)
    Obitus
The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang
Ultima: Runes of Virtue 2 (May be a Jap only?)
    Ultima VI: The False Prophet
    Ultima VII: The Black Gate
    Uncharted Waters
