    Default Question about NES power/reset/led switches and wires

    I'm doing a project with an old NES. Can anyone identify which wires beling to which switch/led? It would help me immensely!

    Aside from changing a 72-pin connector once, I've never even opened an NES and know no details about them.

    But what you're asking doesn't seem too tough. I'd think you ought to be able to easily examine the piece in your picture, and see which traces on the circuit board come from which button/switch/LED. The just look to see which wire is soldered to the various traces, and you'll have your answer.

    Same here, only changed the cart connector before, I wish I could offer more help.
