Anyone know if they'll be releasing a boxset for all 4 .hack games/DVD's? I still refuse to spend the amount of money necessary to buy all four of these games

Used they're still around $80-$100 for a full set, too much for essentially one game (imo).
How on earth they would justify charging MORE than $200 for a boxset is far and beyond me, not sure how you came up with that logic....

i feel kind of bad having bought three out of the four and not yet playing a single one, even once.
Yeah, I agree. I liked the first game and played some of the other ones but I still don't want to spend more then $100 for all four games. A box set with bonuses or what not would be nice. Either that or I'll wait until I can snag the games for a cheap price.

My logic is based on the fact that Bandai doesn't give a shit about you, and doesn't care what you can pay.
They consider it 4 games, not one, and I cannot imagine that they will provide any sort of real discount for purchasing all 4 at once.
It will be retail ((39.99) x 4) + (value of special pack-ins) = final price.
Essentially, it'll be priced like an anime DVD boxset, and that's how those get priced, generally. There may be some tiny discount for getting the box (w/DVD's it's generally like $5 or $10 versus buying individually), but nothing major.
They'll try to toss a music CD or some .hack//SIGN stuff in there with it to jack the price up.
