Default Got my Atari 8-Bit stuff!

    Here's what I got:

    Original disks:

TAPS Software Library Disks 5, 32, and 33, containing a bunch of files
that I have no idea what they are
    Koronis Rift (by Lucasfilm)
    Montezuma's Revenge
    Loderunner Rescue
The Great American Cross-Country Road Race
    Microsoft Basic 2 Extension Diskette
    The Writer's Tool
    Master Diskette 3

    Pirated disks:

Disk 1: Zaxxon, Laser Gates, Hardhat Mac, Spy Hunter, Choplifter,
    Smart-DOS
Disk 2: Spy Vs. Spy, Spare Change
Disk 3: DOS 2.5 & RAMdisk, Atariwriter files
    Disk 4: Music Construction Set
    Disk 5: Apshai, ABC Compiler
Disk 6: DOS 2.5, Tubrobasic, assorted programs
Disk 7: Turbobasic programs, assorted programs
Disk 8: Suspended (no clue what that means)
Disk 9: F-15 Strike Eagle, Solo Flight
Disk 10: Lode Runner's Rescue Custom Levels
Disk 11: Return of the Fractals, The Eidolon
    Disk 12: Summer Games
    Disk 13: Leaderboard, DOS 2.5 & RAMdisk
    Disk 14: Silent Service
    Disk 15: Public Domain
    Disk 16: Micro League Baseball
Disk 17: Express, Dos 2.5, and RAMdisk, Bobtap Files, Pharoh's
Curse, Boulderdash I and II, Dropzone

Also got Disk only Warlords by SSI for DOS (I think it's for DOS) official disks. Decent stack all in all, but nothing stunning as far as I know.

Cool. What exactly is the difference between Lode Runner and Lode Runner's Rescue?

I have ABSOLUTELY no clue I don't have an 8-Bit system. Just got these from a guy to offer up to the group.

Yep, it's all for trade/sale, but RJ and congobongo get first shot cause they asked first Whatever they don't want is up for grabs, first come first serve.

What exactly is the difference between Lode Runner and Lode Runner's Rescue?
    <Raises Hand>

The difference is pretty major - the latter game has nothing to do with the Lode Runner games you're thining of (can't remember who made LRR it but it wasn't Broderbund).

LRR is similar to Crystal Castles - except that the levels provide a bit more of a puzzle challenge to them (i.e. in one level you have to jump in the water and use the currents to get to an island). Pretty decent game actually. Not sure how they got away with theiving the name like that though.

BTW: If you still have Montezeuma's Revenge or Great American... PM me.

"Suspended" is an infocom game, I think all text as were most of their titles. The original box had a 3D mask on the front.

In LRR you play as "Lode Runner's" daughter/neice/female relative.

@maxlords- did you get my PM?

I actually enjoyed it. Maybe I was wrong about Broderbund not making it though if it's supposed to be his offspring. Any idea RJ?

Well done! Don't know why I didn't think it was a Broderbund game.

To be honest I never knew the hero was actually a heroine. Or at least I find this somewhat stunning while at work.

What I want to know is this: did you read the Hacker Review? I've gone through that games several times, but not with a printer online. Does *anybody* know what happens?
