I have read here at DP that this was available through a mail order of some type and Blockbuster rental only (as everyone knows), but has anyone ever seen one sealed like this?

I don't believe that's an original seal for a second.

The shrinkwrap job is sloppy, and it comes around the chipped corner perfectly. There should be some that's loose. Also, why would there be a hang tag if it was going to the rental market?

Because it was made at ea's factory. I dont imagine they are going to change their process of sealing and shut down the part where it adds the backtag just for a limited release game.



Added: But your right.. I DONT like the way it was sealed.. it doesnt look like any of my sealed madden games which have a little slack in the corner like you said.. Good eyes, sorry I doubted you
