My father was jobmless a long time, and my mother is a sports coach..in track&field..not really jobs where you can earn a lot of money

I decided to collect japanese games becuase they were ALL round me in my childhood, with import stores, and the fact to get games months or not YEARS before toher ppl was tempting...covers were nicer too

When i played early 91 Super Famicom, and europe was only getting it in April 92,that was amazing!
I was playing Super Mario Bros 4/Super Mario World, and Europe didn't even get Super Mario Bros 3 at that time
( they got it only on autumn 91 )!! Incredible..

    Default attention dp shoppers...

well, last time i was in france (way back in '96), i was able to hit a few import shops while just wandering around sightseeing. i remember 3 or 4 around paris and later on when we went south to quimper by TGV, there was a neat little shop called dock games behind a huge church- i ended up buying a couple of master system games i hadn't seen until then.

Wow. That is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

...wait a sec, I'm between 18 and 22, a student, and hoping to someday have a complete MD/J collection...hmm... Thanks for making my dream seem far more possible.

Do you happen to collect Mega CD as well?

Yes,of course i own every single Japanese Mega CD released..even some prototypes like burning fists and Force Striker Alpha...

some JPN Games like Surgical Strike or Fahrenheit are worth more than $100 each easily ( especially Factory Sealed )

    Adol,
congratulations on your great collection - I for myself collect PAL PS1 games and have 1000 out of ~1400 at the moment. A little bit of time to go for me to also experience the feeling of owning all released games for a system (well, I have all VideoPacs for the Philips G7000 but that's a small collection compared to the PS1).
    Keep on collecting!!!

Damn....nice collection. I noticed you mentioned you had a complete collection of PC-engine games. I was wondering if you had them ALL complete with Spine & Registration cards. That would be REALLY impressive.

Let me know if you are willing to Sell Sylphia, Renny Blaster, Faussete Amour, Seiya Monogatari, or Mystic Formula from your PC engine collection

I have every single released PC Engine game, but not ALL of them have spine card&registration card..however,i do have around 40% Factory Sealed,and...60-65% with spine card/registration..but not 100%
I do have too some prototype games, some sample disc, the 7 caravan hucards....and all hardware, including PC engine Print Booster,Illust Booster, scanner, and even unreleased MODEM

I don't have those titles for sale..i do have around 200 or so for sale, but not those ones

Adol, I was wondering if you know if all the Japanese MD games were released with registration cards. Or better yet, how does one find out what kind of extras were originally shipped with the games. Flyers, stcikers, Cotton teacups I assume there must be documents online listing such info. I'm still searching for a complete list with all the titles and what it came with but haven't been able to find anything remotely useful... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just looking thru again, i noticed Moonwalker was sorta on display along with Maximum Carnage, McDs Treasureland, Flying Hat and so on...

Is Moonwalker quite rare or valuable?

Not at all,it was just the last shelf, and alphabetically ( in japanese ) Moonwalker is just before Maximum Carnage...
I couldn't get a good pic with all games of the last shelf,so i made two pics, and for the 2nd one i put the games in that position..
