Looks legit enough to me. Although one would have to assume that the games are all commons, undesired, ex-rentals, markered, etc...

he's selling pirate multicarts
those are all nes games, many pirates have one gba game and a nes emu with a ton of nes games on them, I spose not a bad deal if you want one..but don't expect 125+ cartridges, so yes its a scam ;-)
I still think there is a little more legitimacy to the auction than credit that has been given. I'll ask the seller a question.Originally Posted by Blitzwing256

Where there is smoke there is fire. This one stinks. No good stay away.I still think there is a little more legitimacy to the auction than credit that has been given. I'll ask the seller a question.
Lots of NES games that didn't get GBA releases = pirate multicart in there somewhere. I'd stay away.
Could always be a flash cart with a Cd-Rom...
But then there's nothing to asy that ANY of the games he listed are proper ones. He may indeed have 175+ carts, but they may all be fakes - He does mention something about "Being in stock"
And if he really was selling that many legit carts, he'd go to more of an effort to take an actual photo of them. Especially when you consider that a majority of people only own several dozen GameBoy games...
This auction is very fishy, and I wouldn't bid if it were me...
It will be multicarts
I am going to bid based on the fact that the one thing that is constent is that you are bidding on a blue GameBoy Advance SP in box. Now that is worth the 10.00+ outrageous 25.00 shipping, games or not. I put in my bid!
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!
When these auctions go and aren't pulled by eBay they command several hundred dollars. No harm in bidding based on what you realize you really are getting. However, just remember you are bidding against people who think they are getting 175 different carts and you don't have a chance. Those people will spend way more then you.
I'm curious as to what Paypal would say if you were bin,win and then complain when a multicart was sent. Would they issue a refund?
Adam
No they would not. If you file a complaint with paypal and receive any item in the mail at all you automatically lose the complaint. You would have to escalate to your credit card and even then there is no guarantee.Originally Posted by Buyatari

Not true. I have filed several complaints before when I have received resealed games instead of factory sealed, and they have coughed up the cash.Originally Posted by 8bitnes

So long as you "Believe" you were going to receive 175 official carts, then they will cough up the money if what you receive is anything but official carts.
Gemini-Phoenix -- This did not work for me when I had a resealed Dragon Warrior 2 arrive. Not only did I not get a factory sealed game, not get a refund, but the game didn't even have the map/manual included!!

Response to question was that it is indeed a multicart.
