That's from the game. The hilarious cut-scenes feature this guy.
It's a HILARIOUS game and it's actually a lot of fun to play, too. We do plug it in from time to time here.

What does it usually go for? I did not see any on Ebay.
It's a neat game where you constantly dodge things. It's a good dose of Japanese weirdness.

Man, that game is so rockin'. I need to track down a copy for myself, sometime... Too bad it was one of the two things I was looking for that I never found while I was in Japan.
Let's not forget about Pepsi Man's appearance in the import version of Fighting Vipers.
