Default Turner launching GameTap classic game distributor

    http://www.gamasutra.com/features/20...handy_01.shtml

This article covers more of a history lesson than a lot of details on how this system is supposed to work, but Turner is launching a service for "legally" picking up classic games rather than stealing ROMs and using quasi-legal emulators. Though I prefer the feel of a cartridge in my hand, it looks to have potential.

They're even taking a DVD-style route in terms of bonus content. As an example they mention getting the original TV advert for Pitfall, plus a newly-created mini-documentary on the making of the game through a short interview with David Crane.

Ooh, you'll get to pretend you're Ted Turner by flipping the Atari's switch from Black & White to Color.
