I've heard a lot of good things about Marble Blast Ultra for the Xbox 360 Live Arcade
I-Ninja has some Marble Madness-y elements to it, and if this thread hadn't be bumped, I'd have missed out on that 3D remake, so thanks for that.
Bobby Bearing on C-64 (and Spectrum), and you are a ball too.
Maybe on Atari XL (and C-64) Flip and Flop (First Star), and Rock n Bolt (Activision) if I'm stretching it a bit.
I would also add Pac n Roll on the DS. It's pretty similar to Marble Madness as well.
I finally get your sig pic!would katamari count?

HAMSTERBALL
What about a bit of Irritating Maze on NeoGeo? From what I understand, it's now playable with a joystick if you use the new version of the UniBIOS. I beleive people are working on getting trackballs to work too.
There's also Marble Blaster for the PC.
i'm shocked nobody mentioned kirby's tilt and tumble on the gameboy colour, same concept unique control scheme you tilt the gameboy to roll kirby around the screen.
You might like Spindizzy Worlds for SNES. There's some games that have a similar "feel", such as Snake Ratlle N Roll for NES. There's also a game for Super Famicom which you guide a marble or some type of object through a moving maze while trying to avoid the sides and dead ends. Can't remember the name if it, though.
