What's the deal on that Momotarou game? Is that a special edition PC Engine game or something?

It is the SING Audio CD..The CD HAS a game inside of it,playbale on Mega CD: Teddy Boy Blues, a remixed version of Teddy Boy from SMS...Then,it is considered as a "Mega CD game",when in fact it is an Audio CD CONTAINING a Mega CD Game
