It's a PAL one. I'm not well versed in the Rare NES department. Is the Pal one worth any more/less than the.. uhh.. non-Pal one/

The PAL version is nowhere near as rare as the NTSC version.

Well.. compared to the US version it might not be that rare, but its pretty damn hard to find the PAL version too.
Ive searched for it for some time now and havnt found it. Saw it on Ebay some months ago loose.
This is the first time I see it complete too

Yeah, I'd give the PAL SE an R6, maybe an R7. It's far from a common game, but definitely less rare than the US counterpart.

This copy is in a very nice condition as well, I'm definitely gonna watch this auction and see what it sells for. The last PAL SE w/manual sold for 90-something euros to a Dutch collector who is also on DP. The last MINT complete copy w/mint complete Family Fun Fitness pad went for only 105 euro on the German eBay.

It seems to be more common yeah but still these got pulled here in erope too so we don't have that much floating around,i think people sell their old stuff now they know it's worth something.

Very nice copy indeed, the one i bought last time costed me around €98 including shipping, cart and manual,if anyone has a pal box (which i highly doubt) lemme know.

Yea, I watched that auction. 98 euro was too much for me. I just won an auction on eBay a few days ago with 20 PAL games including Stadium Events for a little under 40 euros

Thanks, I'm also waiting for another complete copy to come on the German eBay

When one or more do come up, we should contact each other, and take turns/make a deal, so that we don't bid the price up for each other

I will be watching this one..... I have been wondering what a complete PAL S.E. would go for in that type of condition.

I found one a while back in the same if not better condition for 10 dollars Thanks for posting the auction..

Depends on what you consider "rare". The rarest PAL games are Mr. Gimmick and Rodland...other rare PAL games include:

    Devil World
    Hammerin' Harry
    TMHT: Tournament Fighters
    Chaveliers du Zodiaque
    Elite
    Super Turrican
    and quite a few more.

These 2 games are very hard to find and was only released in Europe for NES.

I think a loose cartridge goes for around $40 i think. So I would guess aroud $100 for a complete copy.

Are Gimmick & Rodland genuinely the rarest PAL games though, or just the well-known (& expensive) ones because they're exclusives?
Are there any non-exclusive PAL games that rival them?
