Interest Check: Unreleased proto "StarCon" for PS1

I have an unreleased game for the Playstation called "StarCon". It's from Accolade. It's from the Star Control series. This was my most cherished game but I'm in desparate need of money so I'm testing the waters for this highly sought after game. It's fully playable and even has a two-player melee (dogfight). This was supposedly the last version released for the E3 before Accolade scrapped the project and went bust. It's a very nice game IMHO. Nice graphics. I really never played far in this game.

There are three other people that I know of that have this game, and I'm not sure if they have an earlier version. I won't sell it cheap because I only want a serious collector purchasing it who won't spread it.

EDIT: I also have a Bubble Bobble 2 unreleased game. (I think it's unreleased, I could never find verification that it was released) It's not the same as Bubble Bobble with Rainbow Islands. It's a different Bubble Bobble. It's identical to Saturn's "Bubble Symphony". It's for PS1 but it's PAL. I don't think there's a huge bubble bobble following though.

I am thinking about offering my MOST EXPENSIVE and definitely my most coveted Japanese game. It's GAIASEED and it's in mint condition. It's a rare horizontal shooter like R-Type. It was never released outside of Japan and wasn't re-released as a greatest hits. Was made in limited quantities and the price rivals that of Radiant Silvergun. You will need a Japanese Playstation to play this. I also have an authentic Japanese playstation for sale if you need one.

It's on special Sony Playstation media and will not work on a regular ps that checks for protection. It does work on epsxe.

how do we know its authenticy since blank SONY Master CD-R can be found if you look hard enough...

Dubugstation runs any CD-R media so if you copy it into normal CD-R back it will run just fine since the unit has no media checking nor region checking...

When I originally bought the game from a gentleman in the UK I asked the same thing. His reply is that it hasn't ever been released, not even in the underground. I had to take his word for it. How can I verify authenticity other than it's StarCon, no one else has it (except 3 others), and it's never been dumped? He also had a RE 2 beta which I didn't pick up. At the time RE 2 was already released and I didn't think I would ever need it. (A mistake on my part as it could have been RE 1.5, I just don't know and I didn't want to spend a huge wad of money when I really didn't even know the guy)

It's definitely a star control game, but from what I understand not a traditional port. I have a magazine article that had a one page preview of it. But there's an online link here:

Gaiaseed runs about $200. One of the most expensive, rare japanese games.

It's NTSC. It came from the 1998 E3 (at least what I was told).

I can't confirm nor deny that BB2 was ever released. I have never seen it and I've been looking for a number of years. Granted, I don't live in Europe, but if anyone knows if BB2 WAS indeed released, please reply.
