Yup, that one is pretty damn rare. It's called the Konami Hyperbeam and is also compatible with the NES, although I believe the NES connector is missing in that auction you linked to. I've only seen two of them on eBay in the past few months, both in Europe, one loose sold for around 35 euro (43-44 US dollars) and one NIB just sold a few days ago for 17,60 euro. So it definitely falls within the price range of the current auction. If you're just looking for a wireless SNES controller, though, there are likely cheaper ones out there.
