    I think i posted this in the wrong place first time so i try it here !!!

    Ive just bought a philips cdi (for old times sake) had one years ago and swapped it for a sega saturn so that would tell how long ago !!! But heres my question are these machines multi regional so i can buy games anywhere in the world or can i only get english ones. MANY THANKS !!!

    I'm fairly certain they are multi-regional (not completely, though). From what I understand, the Europe-only Zelda's Adventure can be played without a problem on an American system (that is, as long as you have a digital video cartridge installed or a DV-compatible system; luckily, I have a CDI 615, so I don't have that problem ).

    Can't say much about it, but I noticed, that play-asia or lik-sang list some CD-I games with "region free" whereas others lack that feature in the product description.
