Pachislo machines are imported from Japanese Cruise ships because they have some regulation which only allows them to be used for around 18 months or something like that.
This is the first one I have seen related to Nintendo but the same seller has sold two in completed auctions. One for $78.51 plus S&H and one for $102.50 plus S&H. Not too bad, would be a unique addition to a game room!
