That is deffantly cool. I wonder why it was commissioned, who commissioned it and why has it only been handled once? It makes me wonder how the seller got it and who is going to pay that much for it! They do a good job of describing it, but the back story would be way more interesting!
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!
Not that easy to spot the link in the other topic tho
But you must be a diehard fan to pay 5000 dollars for something like this.
Well... they did have a Nintendo Power cotest for a "real" sword of Mana. Prehaps this is it?
So then is the seller the winner of that contest? and where do they get that value as a starting bid. From what they describe, as far as the jewels that are embeded in the hilt and what not they sound like more than a simple contest winner. Plus in the days of SNES would Square really give away a real sword to what is more than likely going to be a minor? Even though it is a desplay sword with dull edges it still seems unlikly as a contest prize. I can just see it now, Square getting sued by some soccer mom because little Timmy cracked the neighbor kid in the head with a replica sword! Ha ha haOriginally Posted by Daria
