How many people here who played FF9 finished all or most of the side quests?

For me, I'm going to finish the Chocobo Hot-and-Cold Game before Terra (I have a Gold Chocobo and opened up the Air Garden). I think I screwed up somewhere with Stilizken Moogle and I'm not sure what I'm doing with Mognet Central right now.

Before starting playing again, I hadn't played in a really long time so I spent some time once I figured where I was in the game (the 4 Shrines) seeing where I was in side quests and realized though I've been delivering letters to Moogles, Mognet Central wasn't opened. So though I've delivered letters, now entriely sure I'm doing it right, or even started reviving it (went inside, the Moogles just told me about the broken item).

Presently I'm near the end of Disc 3, with having to head to Terra next.
