The Best Fighter in HISTORY!!!
hmm i just glanced at this auction and it seems a little odd... no pictures? for 80 k, there should be pictures up the waaaazoooo. theres a shitload of stuff there, not sure it its worth 80,000$. ahhh chummm
checks only
I've got to call bullshit on this one. Checks only? No pictures?
Reeks of scam.
How could it be a scam if he only wants local pick-up?
Ye, was thinking of that too. Doubt this is a scam. No one will pay that much money in advance without even seeing the stuff. And then there is the local pickup only
It doesn't even say anything about paying in advance? Does it? If I guy went to pick it up locally, he would have is $80,000 check in his hand. If it was a scam, he's rip it up.
Thats what i mean. No one would pay 80 g'z in advance anyway if he requested that.
I got 500 to throw in on it if everybody else throws in some money, we could all split it (wishful thinking)
So why is a Paypal account also required?Originally Posted by dieourumov
a paypal account is required because ebay are nazis and want you to open up a paypal account before you bid on anything anymore. if you read the auction description he says the check MUST clear before he gives the item. scam-a-rino
Doesn't eBay personally pay back buyers who don't get their stuff?
A percentage, and only over a certain amount.Originally Posted by White Knight

I'd like to buy this lot just to watch him test everything.
I emailed him just to tell him that the idea of anyone spending that kind of money on an auction with no pictures is absolutely laughable.
And pictures or not, it would have to have some unbelievably rare stuff in the collection to be worth even remotely near $80k. And by rare, I mean like an Afterburner 2 R360 arcade machine or something.....not like a Divers Dreamcast.
