Default snes game "Doctor's Office" Release?!?

I read the description but I still don't quite understand what a "doctor's office release" is.

According the the guide the game is actually about diabetes. My guess is that this version was released for use at doctor's offices instead of a normal retail release.

    From the auction description:

this game comes just like every other SNES game except it also has a cardboard sleeve that was intended for doctors office use.there are areas on the back to write loan out dates and names.
So it appears that the major difference between the DO release and retail would be the addition of the cardboard sleeve.

Huh. A very interesting cartridge. Was it ever released in stores? I wonder how many were made. Oh, and by the way, a lot of doctor's offices have video games to help kids to get over initial anxiety of going to the doctor's office.

Yeah, it is a sleeve that goes over the box. Definitely quite rare compared to the game.

Edit: wow, $51. That is quite a bit.
