Stateside, it is possible to get an N-Gage (at least in this part of the country) for right around $50-$60 used (QD's around $65-$75 used; prices in US dollars). Games around here go for between $3 and $10 used. I saw that $250 CDN in your post...I nearly vomited; that's sickening. *runs to nearest EB Games and buys all N-Gages and flies to Canada to sell them*
