    Default WTB TI-__ Graphing Calculator

Need a TI-83, Ti-85, or TI-86. For one of my high school math students whose family can't buy new.

I've got a TI-85 from my college days. I havent used it in a couple years, but I'm sure it still works. Hell, I might even have the book to go with it. I'll check it out tomorrow when I get a bit of free time

I didn't realize these things were still viable. I guess I am just used to the PC world where stuff gets obsolete overnight. I still have my TI-85 with data cable and manual from 1992.

I am interested in either of those. Mine bit the big one after 1 year of HS, 4 years of college, and 1 year of grad school. 69 college math credits it got me through.

Heres a picture of my old trusty TI-85. I was certain that I still had the book, but it was nowhere to be found. However, I did find the link cable that came with the TI-85 when it was purchased. I have never used it, so I'm not real sure what it does (downloads?). And you cant really see it good in the picture , but it does have the screen/key protector sliding cover.

This calculator was only used for 4-5 college courses, the rest of the time it sat in one of my storage bins. Its still in great condition. No markings, writing, or BAD scratches (the screen is 100% scratch/mark free, the casing does show a tad bit of wear from normal usage).

If interested shoot me a PM this way

Me and my friends used the cable to share "animations" we made (porn, basically). We also made some fun programs. The cable allowed you to transfer programs between calculators. I wonder if mine still has some of the programs on it.

I've picked up Mattiekrome's in a trade for some complete Tengen NES games. I could always use a couple more on hand for other students though. PM me with a price quote if you are looking to sell. Thanks.

Damm Thank you for posting that picture. I have had the cable laying around in my room for years and for the life of me I could not figure out what it was from. I though it was my Gen SCD mixing cable but that was allready pluged in.

Ah the TI-85 that got me through a few classes in college. Glad I took that programing class, I used to copy all my class notes into it as a program. (yes I was a filthy cheater)

I will look around Its got to be here somewhere.
