Default Paypal wants proof, what to do?

About a month ago I bought a GBA game on Ebay from a UK seller. When I recived it I saw it was a pirate by checking the manual (which described a whole diffrent game hehe), checking down "inside" the game where the pins are to see if it had a NINTENDO print, it didnt. It also had a blurry print on the box and the 2 digit number that are inprinted on all GBA cartridges was missing.

I told the seller all this, but she refused to give me a refund. I also offered to return the game, but no, she didnt want to give any refund.
So I filled out a complaint to Paypal and today I got this reply:

In order to continue with the investigation of your claim, we must request
documentation to support your claim that the item is not authentic. Please
obtain a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the
area of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearly
identifies the item as not authentic. If possible, the document should
include a serial number and description of the item, and must be on
letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
individual, business, or organization so that PayPal may contact them if
    necessary.

How I'm I suppose to get a third-party to proof that the game is not original?
Paypal also wants me to fax the documents I get, but how on earth should I get these documents that proofs that the game is a pirate?

Well, i would say these forums are full of people that are qualified to judge if your copy is authentic or not. Add some pictures to this thread and let everyone comment on that. Print out the entire thread and sent it to Paypal...

Just talk to the manager of ebgames or something have him get a letter head directly from the main office stating that in his professional opinion as a manager of ebgames this game is most likely a pirate and not authentic, k 10q.

Contact Nintendo. That will be the easiest and BEST proof. We're all just a buncha internet peoples here that dont have proof of anything. We're not physically holding the game, and unless someone who owns a store (BuyAtari or someone like that can step in, do the exam, and then write the letter needed) it won't work for you.
Because it makes no attempt to be great, it is therefore extremely great.

Ok, but shall I just call Nintendo and explain the situation? Or do I need to give them the game so they can examine it? It have to be done within 10 days or Paypal will close the complaint

Call them, see what they say. I dont know what they'd want to determine if its a fake or not.

Ok, posting here and people saying "ohh yeah look at that its definitly a pirate!" will get you no proof, as we are not all "unbiased, professional sources".

Your best bet is, as previously said, a manager of some local large games store, just get them to write you a note or something (if possible)

Paypal make this as difficult as possible on purpose... you could contact Nintendo but after sending them the cartridge for verification, waiting for a letter, sending that letter, the time limit for you to submit that information will of expired

(again this is Paypal making things difficult)

You should have broght the cart to miyamoto today at nintendo world and had him sign a paper saying it was fake. That would own in the best way possible

What would have been funny is that PayPal probably wouldn't have accepted that as proof either since I doubt they even know who he is. Besides, as someone has already said, they really don't want anybody to be able to supply sufficient proof.

Also illustrated by the fact that he has to give them proof within 10 days...
