Default Hey you c64 super stars!

I am seriously considering buying a C64, Disk Drive and an ass load o' games...
This will prolly become my MAIN collection for the next year.
Can anyone give me some good tips and tell me if JiffyDOS is really worth the trouble?
(I'm looking at your Keir and Mayhem).

So any tips and game suggestions would be GREAT.

JiffyDOS basically speeds up the loading of your discs... so if you find a drive with it built in then you should grab it

If you have a C64 with a socketed Kernal chip, then Jiffydos is well worth it. It's even more worth it if you have a CMD Hard Drive (I used to have one :P). If you don't feel like modifying your C64, then I suggest a Super Snapshot 5 cartridge (if you can find it) or just a basic Epyx Fastloader. Point being, you need *some* sort of fastloader or the loading times will drive you insane
