Default The Sims: PC or PS2

You prefer playing The Sims on your PC, or will you pick up the PS2 edition?

The PS2 version has been out for a few weeks there, buddy.

I like the PS2 version better, by the way. Graphics seem cleaner and there are more "things" built in. It's possible that the PC version allowed more expandability (remember this is based on the first game), but I'd much rather play on my couch at my TV than on the PC.

I'm thinking of asking for this game for my birthday.. The PS2 has been collecting dust of late, and I used to LOVE the first version on PC back in the day

I like the PS2 version, you can kick back on your sofa and make lezbian roomates make out on your TV.

Its on a blue faced CD-rom btw.. not DVD media.

I haven't played the PS2 version yet, but I am very attached to my PC version.
Why? Because I have all the expansions and a million other things I have downloaded into my game. The "given" Sims stuff is a little tiresome. There are only so many color schemes that go with a funky zebra couch, and I can't have Wakka and Tidus fall in love and adopt Sumomo (persocom from Chobits) on the PS2 version.

I chose PS2 even though I don't have a PS2...the game WILL be out for GameCube in a few months, though, and I'll get that version so I equate the PS2 choice here as "Console Version". I'd get The Sims for my PC except my PC isn't powerful enough to run it...I'd love to play The Sims Unleashed, being the cat lover that I am.
