Default New import store...soon! what to carry?

I seriously looking into opening a classic imports video game store (online) to sell all your favorites... which is a hard task as I am trying to find out what to carry on a market that is already crowded.

Your input is well valued and I'd be glad to know what systems you would like to see on such a site.

Here is a small description on what I already decided on carrying:

    - strong focus on shooters and "cult series" (i.e. DBZ, Hokuto no Ken, Cotton, Castlevania...).
    - system covered : SFC, Megadrive, PC Engine, PSP and DS

Prices will be equivalent to what you can find in HK but will ship out of the USA, service will be top notch and I'll also offer personnalized search for rarities.

What I'd like to know is what other system you would be susceptible of buying from: mark3, Famicom, GBA, ...

Please list only your top 3.

I would like some japanese N64 items. I'm sick of the $60 Sin & Punishment's on ebay, and I haven't seen a bangai-o in a while. AES systems/accessories would be really nice, since they seem to be quite a bit cheaper in asia, but are always accompanied by outrageous shipping costs. Good condition Japanese DC games complete with spine card and all would be my last pick.

Good luck with this, as I think there is quite a bit of potential, but it is surely a big undertaking.

    pal nes/ Famicom

    import n64 games

import Dreamcast w/spine card (agree with Vectorman0)

I know that if the shipping was reasonable, I would get a few from each of these systems.

Saturn, Saturn, Saturn, and more Saturn.

Some Dreamcast would be dandy, but an import shop without Saturn games is like a Belmont without a whip.

I would throw in a vote for the GBA, because there are a fair number of games that just can't be found in the usual places without a fair amount of cost. I hate that stores don't even carry a large portion of games, and when the games aren't being carried, their production ceases.

    Aggravating.

The Densetsu no Stafi series comes to mind as a gem I would have loved to have been able to buy.

    My picks:

    1. Super Famicom
    2. Nintendo 64
    3. PlayStation

And if it would be possible to get arcade games, I'd also love to see legit Japanese MVS carts. Since they tend to run cheaper than their US counterparts, the vast majority of my MVS games are Japanese.

I would ignore the Famicom suggestions for the most part, because it just doesn't seem all that profitable. Saturn is a must, though.

I don't know much about it, but it would be sweet if you carried some N64DD stuff

I'd love to have somewhere to go to buy some Famicom Disk System games. If the prices are right, I'd buy 'em for sure!

Saturn is a definite yes. Super Famicom and Dreamcast are good sellers too. The SFC games are good for budget collectors, too, so that'll guarantee a few extra sales. Dreamcast just had some kickass imports.

Oh, and don't forget Shin Megami Tensei!
