On second thought, after reviewing the link in preview, I saw that he also has a sealed Mega Man X, X2 & X3 for $75.00 BIN, but only takes cash, and his camera is broken, so no pix....sounds like a scam.

Another one of his auctions is for a box of expensive golf balls, with fine print that says "Acually there is only one ball. Brand and condition vary."

And on a Mario RPG auction, it says " If u win you will receive a various golf ball. Not the games."

People like this are truly the scum of society.

I sent a notification to ebay. I hope others will do the same. Here is what I wrote:

After much white space the seller listst this line of text:Acually there is only one ball. Brand and condition vary. It is in white text on a white background, and so small that you cannot see it. All this sellers recent auctions have had a similar disclaimer on the bottom. This ebayer is clearly running a scam and not selling what is in the auction title. Scum like this needs to be kicked off eBay, but that is just my opinion!

I wonder how old this person is? I think they are a little kid with way too much time on there hands. Here are the two emails that they sent me when I told them that I was going to report them:

You don't have too be like that. Thanks alot fo reporting me. Why couldn't you just mind your own buisness. How is the aution wrong? It's called buyer beware.

I don't think that this is a veryy smart person. Threatening someone through email is bad enough. But threating someone through eBay's mail/question forms is just plain stupid. I am really scared, I wonder how they are going to "ruin my life"?

Of Course the white space sounds off with me. However the fact that the seller thinks that this falls under "buyer beware" is just insane. I hope no one is dumb enough to bid on these auctions and actually pay for them.
