It's absurd to think that any specific answer will be given to such a broad question, I mean Super Mario Bros. pretty much invented the side-scrolling platform genre (I know, Pitfall!, Pitfall II, H.E.R.O. but you get my point) there are TONS of games that look similar to SMB.
