The Quake III ones are still up (or so says the DP Advance guide). Phantasy Star Online might still be up as well, but I doubt any of the others (AlienFront Online, etc.) are still up and running.
Doesn't gamespy still run servers for the more popular Dreamcast titles? I believe Starlancer was in there.
Quake 3, as far as I know, ran off of the PC version's servers, so as long as those are up, Quake 3 would work online.
