Default Display error - Neo Geo Cab

well the problem is as following.. ive got a neogeo dedicated cab and the picture looks really messed up, its not scrolling (i think) but it looks like its refreshing incorrectly when running the second pass and displacing it on the second sweep.

for hi-res cam pics download the following file

Looks to me like the vertical hold is adjusted incorrectly... a lot of times the vertical hold will be so far out of adjustment that it looks like two seperate images, but it's just at the right frequency that gives it that look instead of a rolling look.

Did it just start happening one day, or did something happen to cause it?
