Default Mix 2 video game storylines/concepts for a great new game!

I just had this idea, which I have not thought out fully in terms of my own ideas, but I thought I would start the thread for others to respond. If you could combine any two games storyline/concepts from any consoles, can even be "inter-console" (as in different consoles combined) if you will, what games would you choose to mix together to form a great new game? It could be to enhance something thats great already, or some new creation completely!

    Hmmm...this could be interesting.

OK, my two favorite go-to games are the Resident Evil series (PS) and Sunset Riders (Genesis). So, I see a game called "Death Valley." You're a marshall on your way to your new assignment in Purgatory, Nevada. As you ride through the desert, getting closer to town, you can have the obligatory random encounter with the strange coyote-like creatures that try to attack. Perhaps a giant rattler. A triple-stingered large scorpion.

Arriving in Purgatory, you find the town strangely deserted. No sign of folks anyplace, except for the signs of a struggle. (Windows broken, bulletholes in random locations, puddles of blood everyplace.) While investigating, you have your first encounter with the undead....but imagine a zombie that is armed with a 6-shooter! Undead gunfighters! Evil Indian shamans (spell-casting)! perhaps you can even have the marshall try to escape from a giant undead buffalo stampede!

I know this sounds a little close to the RPG "Deadlands," but I think it'd make for a damn fine atmospheric game.

I'd say combine Robotron and Pengo, because we don't get nearly enough ass-kicking flightless waterfowl in the videogame world. And we should.

Sounds vaguely like Alone in the Dark 3.

I had an idea for a Gradius/R-Type crossover a while back. I even wrote a story prologue for it (tentatively titled G-Type) - check it out here: http://www.geocities.com/opcfg/gtype.html

The game itself would combine the best qualities of Gradius and R-Type. One of the ideas I had was that the Vic Viper would be equipped with Bydo force units, in addition to the standard ship's weaponry. The two could be merged to form an even more powerful weapon - for instance, merging the Bydo force unit with a standard laser would increase the laser's power by 50%. That would come in quite handy when fighting some of the new Bydo creatures.

I've got a few other ideas for it, but nothing concrete as of yet.

    I always wanted a Mario/Sonic crossover 3D platformer..

How about a combination of Robotron and Beat 'Em & Eat 'Em, in bukakke-vision. Hands-down the most nauseating game to hit the arcades!

    (I am SO sorry...)
