Default DS losing Save Files (CV:DoS) HELP?

I Bought Castlevania: Dawn of Sarrows around its launch date. I also have this nice Official Nintendo Carry case (like that matters much). So, certain times i take it out and about, so i take all my carts and put them in a zippered pocket of the Carrying Case. I took out my Nanospray and my Polarium to start playing my CV: DoS games, which i havent played in a while. And noticed that freaking screen, telling me all my data is corrupt.. i was 60% done the first time, and now its done it to me 2 more times in the last 3 wks now.
Are DS that sensitive, i bought Polarium with the system, and i havent lost any of my files on Polarium, SM64DS, Nanospray but all the time with my CV saves... Anyone else having problems? any reccomendations?

It's the game. Go exchange it for a new one if it isn't too late. If not, then the only thing I can come up with is, take it to either Gamestop, or EBgames, sell it there, then use about $10 or so more to get a new copy.
