Does Dreamcast belong in the "Modern" forum? If not, boooo - it makes it seem like it's of a different generation.

The only reason I left it in the classic section is because all of the others are actively supported by their manufacturers. It seems easier to me to remember what goes where when you just think "is this a currently supported system?".
