    Default Weekend Finds 10th/11th

My local pawn shop had their "30% off everything" banner up again, so I got this little lot:

PS2 NFS Underground (original pressing), $AUS17.50 (but the bastard doesn't work - evil scratches)
    PS2 Ferrari F355, $AUS14
    PS2 SSX 3 (original pressing), $AUS14
and a Rollins Band album for $AUS7

    Good times.

not finds per se, but my warranty replacement mice from Microsoft and Logitech came in over the week and I finally got them hooked up.

Logitech MX518 (replacing a MX500 who's buttons went to shit after a year of use and abuse)
Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer v 4.0 (replacing an original Microsoft Intellieye Explorer with a faulty USB cable, which has to be one of the most comfortable mouse designs I've ever used)

On a tangent, I'd have to give Microsoft the nod on their quality of service on this one. They shipped me the new mouse via DHL, it got lost in the post, so they shipped me another one via 2 day air and it got here no problem. Logitech took about 4 weeks and required me to send back my MX500, so I was stuck with the Intellieye w/ messed up USB cable until the replacements came in

Oh, and I also got a Monster Xbox Component cable sent from Monster's warranty department (the old one I had had a nonfunctional red line). I know Monster has some seriously overpriced cables, but for the price I paid for the original cable ($20) and the speed of their warranty service (~week), I'd say it all evened out

edit - Just picked up some PS2 goodies at a buy 2 get 1 free at the BX today.
Friends: The One With All The Trivia ($20)
    Flipnic ($10)
Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Free)

    Beethoven
    Donkey Kong Country
    Magical Quest Starring Mickey Mouse

Ok, this almost deserves it's own thread, here is what I got today (Sorry for the really large picture, detail is good here):

    What you see there is:

Lunar 2 (Complete, new. Nothing has been used)
    Threads of Fate (SEALED)
    Legend of Zelda: OoT (Complete)
    Legend of Zelda: OoA (SEALED)
    Legend of Zelda: OoS (SEALED)
    N64 Memory Card (new)
    Gamecube Demo Disc 33
    Star Wars: KOTOR 2

    Guides for:
    Threads of Fate
Legend of Zelda: OoT (Brady and Prima)
    Legend of Zelda: OoS/OoA (Brady)
    Legend of Zelda: MM (Nintendo)
Lunar 2 Official Guide (Hardback, SEALED)

    Wallet, money!

    Total spent: $55

Also there is a good backstory to this, if I should make a topic about it.

How much would the sealed stuff go for estimated? I know the LoZ and the Lunar 2 stuff are worth a good amount.

I got a Marvel Team Up issue #48 in crappy condition for only a quarter. It's a comic, but it features Spider-Man and Iron Man, which is 2/3 of my Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 team. It's a long shot, but still gaming. I also got Sword of Vermilion cart only for $5 from Game Crazy.

    Good day for me.

Nothing much for me yet; just a bunch of T&T mags (which forced me to give my Video-Game magazine collection a TOTAL face-lift )

I was in State College, visitiing a friend... stopped at the EB, not expecting much but...

Final Fantasy II and III, complete, and still 50% off so... $26.

I thought it was alright. Sad as it might be, it's possibly my 2nd best find after, of course, complete Dragon Warrior 3 and 4 for 2 bucks apiece a few years back.
