Honestly it looks like just another of the many famiclones - bootleg Famicom systems using a NoaC (Nintendo on a Chip).
yeah, but you know how some are better built than others, just wondering if anyone has broken theirs yet, it's cheap enough, but worthless if it breaks after a week and if it inefficiently uses power
