Anyone know where I can get some dimentions for making a pinball lift? Or at least some rough numbers or pictures to get me started? I work with steel everyday so its not gonns be hard for me to make.

First link has how to adapt a motorcycle/ATV lift. Second shows how to build one out of wood which I'm sure you could adapt into metal.
