There are a bunch of different titles available at the three TRUs in my area, unfortunately, none of the one's I'm looking for.

I went to another TRU, about three hours from my hometown and got...

Unlike the local one, this one had actually changed the prices for all the sale games, I'm surprised they hadn't been completely wiped out yet. I got some titles not even on the list (at least, not on the list on page one)

I went to the Toys R Us on 27th today looking for Phoenix Wright for the DS, and walked away with Geist for $9.98! They had it as well as a bunch of other stuff that looks newly shipped in, including F-Zero (GBA and GameCube), Bloodrayne 2 (Xbox) and a bunch of stuff for the PS2.

They did not have Phoenix Wright.

Picked up Geist this morning, and on the way, I stopped at a Goodwill for an even better find...a mint, complete Genesis Pirates Gold with map for $2.99!

Picked up Geist this morning, and on the way, I stopped at a Goodwill for an even better find...a mint, complete Genesis Pirates Gold with map for $2.99!

I also stopped by a TRU today. Although the pickin's were slim, I managed to find a copy of Geist at the bottom of the discount bin. Thanks for the tip as well!

I also picked up Viewtiful Joe 2 (endless copies) for the Gamecube and Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution for the PS2, all for $9.98 each.

Does anyone know if this sale is officially over? The reason I ask is that I noticed some of the games previously marked down were now marked back up to $19.98 and $29.99. I thought maybe the sale was now over and that with any remaining discounts YMMV.

On another note, Best Buy had The Getaway Black Monday marked down to $9.99 and Dual Masters for $4.99 for hte PS2. I just picked up The Getaway.

Congrats on the Pirates! Gold score. It took me forever to get a copy with a decent copy of the map (no tears etc.).

Why doesn't this surprise me? You know, after I was at a TRU and then maybe at another store, I'm TIRED and LAZY to go someplace else...and you?...you go to some Goodwill store and find a great game. Where does the energy come from?

I just got Pikmin 2 and Golden Sun: The Lost Age for $10 each today at TRU. I will be going there more often for videogames; I didn't know they had such good prices before today.

I was glad that I found Mechassault LE because I don't have the original version; otherwise, I'm not overly fond of the mech genre. (To play with robots or mechs I still prefer every Mega Man game or Cybernator over the 3D mech games except for Zone of the Enders

I was told from a friend that Mech Assault for the Xbox is one of the best games that he's ever played, and he's not much of a mech person either. Neither am I, but I picked it up based on his recommendation.

I haven't played it yet though Trying to work on a lot of other stuff before I get to it. I did crack open Geist today, which was almost completely different than I expected, although I've enjoyed it with the little I've palyed so far.
