Default Any NEO GEO AES experts here? Need urgent help.

So I purchased SamSho III. Recieved it today. I plugged it into my AES system, when I start it up, all I saw was this heavily green pixalated screen. I tried hitting the reset button. Then, the whole screen turned blue. This never happened with the other 4 AES games I had. They all load perfectly as soon as I insert it into the system.

2nd, when it does load up, and goes to the opening scene of the game, when the man starts speaking, it's this huge static of a sound instead of the voice.

When I get past that, the title screen has these weird long lines going horizontally, slowly going down as well. When I get to the character select screen, the whole colors are heavily pixalated. When I start a game, it looks like this(Sorry, this is the best I could get)

None of the other games I have did something like this. No matter how many times I reseted, took the cartridge in, and out, the result was always the same. Is this a bootleg? It looked real to me. It was complete as well. Cheers.

Have you tried cleaning the contacts?

    Nope, I haven't. But here's a update.

I tried the game again, and now seemed to load perfectly fine. Then I tried to do it again, but then, whenever the guy talked, it was this huge siren like sound.

Contacts looked cleaned. And just had insertion marks.

Clean the cart contacts. If your Neo powers up with a blue screen, when there is no cart inseted, your Neo's internals test fine.

    That leaves your dirty cart.

Chances are once you clean it well, it'll be fine. But if not be sure to check if any of the connectors are damaged. My SS4 cart has a chipped connector and getting it to work is a complicated process.
