Genesis-style hard cases for NES/SNES/N64 games?

Most Genesis games came in really useful hard cases that held everything and made keeping games sorted out an easy task. None of the Nintendo cartridge systems had games that came in these kind of cases, but did any third parties make Genesis-style hard cases for NES,SNES or N64 games?

I've seen plenty of rental-style hard cases but those don't have the see-through boxart sleeve around the outside that Genesis cases did. Did/does anyone make them? Would there be any good substitutes?

A handful years ago at Toys R Us I bought some hard shell cases for my N64 collection. They are open book style with a place for the cart and the book. They are blue (some light and some dark) and have a gold "Nintendo 64" on them.

I don't have any pics of them, maybe someone else who has them does.

The boxes in that thread don't do NES, does anyone have any ideas on NES or 2600 game storage cases?

I think the Maxi-15 game had a hard-case. Not all that similar to the Genesis cases though.

Those are the only ones I know of, other than rental boxes. I'll bet there are people around here who know more than I on the subject.
